Non-Refundable Cases

  • You didn’t answer calls or doorbells during delivery attempts.
Refund Process
  1. Contact us via phone or email within 1 hour of receiving your order.
  2. Share your Order ID, issue description, and any relevant photos.
  3. Our team will review your case and respond within 24 hours.
Refund Timings
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, we’ll offer a coupon or credit for future orders.
